Captain Adel M. Shayeb

Captain Adel Shayeb leads SkySix as Chief Executive Officer and Accountable Executive — the officer who carries ultimate answerability for the safety, resourcing, and regulatory standing of the operation. At SkySix, that is not a ceremonial title. It is the design of the company.

A career airline captain and one of the five captain-owners, Adel sits where corporate governance meets aviation safety: aligning strategy, financial resources, and regulatory obligation so that commercial ambition and operational discipline advance together — never at each other’s expense.

He works day to day with the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Director of Safety, and maintenance leadership to keep aircraft operations, owner services, and long-term growth on a single standard.

Mohammad “Moe” Shayeb

Mohammad “Moe” Shayeb brings more than three decades of international aviation leadership to SkySix — a career that runs from the flight decks of the world’s most sophisticated widebody aircraft to the executive offices that govern how airlines actually operate.

He currently commands Boeing 747-400/-8 and MD-11 freighters in global cargo operations. His leadership résumé includes service as System Chief Pilot of an international cargo airline, with executive responsibility for roughly 800 pilots across Boeing 777, 747, and 767 fleets — and before that, Chief Pilot of a 29-aircraft Boeing 777 fleet at a major international carrier in the Gulf, where he also served as Head of Standards & Strategy.

His qualifications span the Boeing 747-400/-8, 777, and 787, the MD-11, and the Airbus A340, A330, and A320 family. He has served as an FAA 777 initial-cadre and AQP check airman, Type Rating Examiner, simulator and line check airman, instructor, training captain, fleet manager, and functional-check-flight captain — with deep experience in ETOPS, entry-into-service programs, FAA certification, and operational control.

At SkySix, Moe is the operational backbone. As Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and Accountable Manager, he leads certification readiness, company procedures, regulatory coordination, and day-to-day execution.

Captain Raid M. Al Shayeb

Captain Raid Al Shayeb serves as Executive Vice President, joining international airline command with the commercial instincts of a lifelong entrepreneur. As an international Boeing 777 captain, he brings firsthand experience from complex long-range passenger and cargo operations across the world’s most demanding routes.

His background extends well beyond the flight deck: decades of management and entrepreneurial experience, executive education at an Ivy League university, and years as a business owner and managing partner.

At SkySix, Raid leads strategic partnerships, aircraft-owner relationships, and fractional and managed-aircraft opportunities — developing relationships with family offices, institutions, and private-aircraft users across the United States and the Gulf. His mandate: build the relationships, markets, and partnerships that turn an emerging operator into an internationally recognized aviation platform.

Captain Ahmed M. Alshayeb

Captain Ahmed Alshayeb serves as Vice President of Operations and Chief Pilot — the center of gravity for pilot qualification, standardization, training, checking, and professional flight-department performance at SkySix.

An active airline captain and one of the five captain-owners, Ahmed holds a simple, uncompromising mandate: every pilot representing SkySix meets the standard expected of professional airline flight crews. He oversees the systems governing pilot selection, qualification, recurrent training and checking, records, currency, and operational readiness.

He works alongside the Director of Operations, the Director of Safety, and FAA representatives as the company advances through Part 135 certification — and ensures that every future aircraft joins the fleet with training, checking procedures, manuals, and crew infrastructure already in place.

Captain Mahd M. Shayeb

Captain Mahd Shayeb is the executive guardian of the SkySix safety culture — a career built in environments where judgment, consistency, and accountability are non-negotiable.

At a major U.S. airline, he advanced from direct-entry captain to Line Check Airman — one of the most trusted positions in an airline flight-operations organization — evaluating and developing professional pilots against rigorous standards of regulatory compliance, command judgment, and cockpit discipline. He has served as an IOE instructor and ETOPS initial-cadre check airman, contributing to extended-range validation, with oceanic experience across the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Ocean regions.

His flying spans the Airbus A319, A320, and A321, the Boeing 757 and 767, the Saab 340, the King Air series, and the Cessna Caravan — from regional and charter operations to complex international airline flying — along with accident-investigation committee experience.

At SkySix, Mahd embeds risk management, hazard identification, pilot standards, and the company Safety Management System into everyday operations.

Nader Al Shayeb

Nader Al Shayeb brings a quarter-century of information-technology and operations-systems experience to SkySix. His five brothers bring the cockpit, the training department, and the chief-pilot office; Nader brings the digital infrastructure that lets a modern aviation company scale.

His focus spans operational systems, workflow design, dashboards, CRM architecture, automation, document control, and information management — connecting aircraft, clients, maintenance, compliance, and reporting into one integrated operating picture.

As SkySix grows across aircraft, clients, and operating bases, Nader’s systems keep the standard consistent — transforming operational data into structured, actionable operating intelligence.
